• Candidates with higher Graduation marks will be called first for online interaction based on vacancy availability at the selected location.
• Selection will be based on interview merit only; appearing for the interview does not guarantee selection.
• Registered E-Mail ID must remain active throughout the recruitment process; no changes will be allowed later.
• Interview details will be shared through the registered E-Mail ID only.
• Selected candidates must produce original documents along with self-attested copies when required.
• Only one application per candidate is allowed, and candidates can apply for only one location.
• Minimum resignation notice period is 3 months.
• Candidates resigning immediately must pay 3 months’ salary and may not receive experience/verification letters.
• Engagement will be on a Fixed Term Contract basis for 3 years initially.
• First year will be treated as probation period.
• Contract extension will depend on performance and management decision.
• Candidates must join at the allotted station for engagement to become effective.
• AAICLAS management decision will be final in security-related matters.
• No TA/DA or reimbursement will be provided for the selection process.
