Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) has released the SSB Sub-Inspector Recruitment 2026 notification for 51 Group ‘B’ Non-Gazetted (Combatised) & Non-Ministerial posts of Sub Inspector (Staff Nurse), Sub Inspector (Pioneer) and Sub Inspector (Communication) under the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India.

Communication Staff Training

Candidates must possess 12th pass with 3/3.5 years Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery + Nursing Council registration for Staff Nurse, Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering for Pioneer, and Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication / Computer Science / IT Engineering or Science with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics for Communication posts, within the prescribed age limit of not exceeding 30 years (relaxable for reserved categories) as on the closing date.
