Age limits for posts in DSSSB Advertisement 03/2026 vary by post. Most Junior Scientific Assistant posts (FSL) have an age limit of 18 to 27 years. Teaching posts in the Directorate of Education have an upper age limit of 30 years. Technical posts in NDMC vary between 18–32 years and 18–37 years depending on the post. The eligibility for age will be determined as on the closing date of application, 15 July 2026. Age relaxation is available for SC/ST (5 years), OBC-Delhi (3 years), PwBD (10 years), Ex-Servicemen (military service period plus 3 years), and departmental candidates (up to 40 years for Group C posts in the same line). Contractual employees of the same department may also claim one-time age relaxation up to 5 years, subject to having worked at least 180 working days (or 120 days for teaching posts) in that particular year.
